Event Lofoten is part of the Event Group, which provides tailor made services for businesses and groups in Lofoten, as well as Helgeland, Finnmark and on Svalbard.

We are a group of people who live to deliver everything you need from flights, transfers, accommodations, meals and activities. We work with citizens with great local knowledge and offer personal hosts with extensive experience.

Our main job is that you should not have to think about anything other than enjoying your stay and experiences. This is what we mean when we say we will be the perfect hosts. We want you to feel at home when you are away. And we will make sure that when you leave us, you will feel a bit homesick.

We believe that all your senses should be affected – everything from your taste to your emotions. We also believe that when you experience something new it is bigger and better when you’re together. You won’t get the best experiences with a ‘package-deal’. Experiences must be adapted to each individual. Therefore we do not offer ready-made solutions. In stead we offer unimagined possibilities for the most amazing experiences.

Jim Eide

CEO

Jim has over many years built up a broad knowledge and a network, which will benefit our customers. He is creative with a burning heart for Northern Norway, and finds perfect solutions for you when on your trip. Jim is the CEO of Event Group and has its main base in Lofoten.
In his spare time, he spends time with his three girls. Otherwise he enjoys hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter and gladly bikes on road to Henningsvær when the chance presents itself.

Nina Flaten

Sales and Marketing Manager for Eastern Norway

Nina has been appointed as sales and marketing manager for Eastern Norway. Nina holds a BA in economics and business law from BI. She has 12 years’ experience with insurance through work in Union and Norwegian Broker. In Norwegian Broker Nina worked as a Key Account Manager with customer responsibility for DNB Eiendom.
Nina loves traveling, outdoor recreation, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
